the disappearance of two archaeologists. During the investigation, the X-team

sent by the Consortium. Mulder talks to the ghost of a Maya king; Scully tries
to become a believer.

Twelfth Night

Summary:
On the eve of the election, Mulder and Scully are handed a case about
vanishing homeless to keep them out of an investigation about missing
artworks. A very much attached Phoebe Green is assigned to shadow Mulder's
Mother, and there's unrest among the younger members of the Consortium.
Senator Matheson works to move Mulder and Scully out of the basement, but one
of the homeless the X-team meets may know about more than just how to keep
warm on the streets.

Rustic Suite

Summary:
Mulder drags Scully down South to investigate what he believes are
UFO-style cattle mutilations, and what she thinks are coyote attacks. But the
truth is not what either of them anticipated, and Mulder is reminded of his
days in Behavioral Sciences. Along the way, they find out more about
themselves, each other, and what makes their partnership work.

Scully's investigative abilities to understand. The Cigarette-Smoking Man
prepares to engineer his own return to power, and we discover just why Senator
Matheson has been so helpful to the X-team.
