When you drive or walk down this aisle you feel like a king. The skyliner arches stand 11 feet in the air and have 18 inch snowflakes in the center of them. On either side there is lit trees and bushes as well as a lit mailbox and post (not too visible in this picture). Behind those pictures in the house. The Great Room extends out the back, which contains a 12 foot artificial tree inside. In this pictures you can see the 3 foot house wreath.
The ice rink, I call my Winter Wonderland was a spontaneous idea that turned out pretty good. I started with one of my virtual trees (I call it vitual because is not acually there. During the day all you see is a pole and a few sparkling wires strung from it, But at night they turn into pine xmas trees.) This year I was able to build Frosty and Mrs Frosty the snowmen, after contemplated on how to lite them up. I finally drilled holes into plywood and put the lights in from the front, then painted the wires to the appropiate colors. This year the two snowmen went to White House Elementary School for their Winter Concert..In the background, the toy soldiers, the drum, and skyliners are visible.
