Radio Control Soaring Exchange (RCSE)
The RC Soaring Exchange (soaring@airage.com) has been provided to the RC Soaring community in
order to facilitate dialogue, exchange of ideas, and as a resource for RC
soaring related products. You will find many RC soaring enthusiasts on
the list, along with contact folks from various soaring clubs in the U.S.,
and abroad, and also industry related people (kits, software, equipment,
supplies, etc.) All aspects of RC soaring are welcomed, i.e. fun flying,
slope, hand launch, thermal duration, slope racing, F3B, F3J, F3F,
electrics, wings, anything about gliders!
Guidelines for what you can post to RCSE.
This list is managed by an automated mailing list management program called
Post.Office. The following addresses are important:
soaring@airage.com - Post messages to the list by sending them to this address.
soaring-request@airage.com - Subscription requests for RCSE
and for the "digestified" version ot RCSE.
If you are having problems and the list software "doesn't understand" you requests, you need to change some settings. Set the options in your mail program so that messages get sent as plain text. If you had HTML formatting enabled, your message will be rejected.

List archives. Note: If you read messages from the archives and do not subscribe to the list, you cannot immediately post to the list. All
messages from addresses other than current subscribers must be
approved. This can take several days depending on how frequently
I check to see if there are any messages waiting for approval.
Old messages are at yahoo who took over egroups. at e-groups you can only read old stuff before 2001. They hosed us
and I don't know of anyone who can figure out how to contact the stupid
idiots at yahoo.
And another archive that goes back to 1999 is at www.ultraviolet.org/archive/ that is organized by year. Check RCSE.1999, through RCSE.200x archives.
