Conditions for Use: He is your average two foot long purple warp dragon who 
lives on radioactive materials with a attitude. He can survive almost any 
environment (after all, he lives in space) and breathes high energy x-ray 
lasers and radiation when he is angry.  However, once you get to know him
and get past his wise cracks, he is a nice warp dragon.
