The Newsletter is an online publication. We are primarily interested in using technology to make Chemical Education more interesting and effective. Issues are available free, online twice a year in the Fall and Spring. Publication of an edition of the Newsletter is followed by an online discussion with the authors. The articles frequently contain working examples, such as animations, so you can experiment with new ideas and technology. To be notified when new issues are available, please subscribe:

If you would like to share some of your own thoughts and innovations as an article contact Editor Brian Pankuch (Pankuch@eclipse.net) about writing an article. Submitting an article does not preclude its subsequent publication elsewhere.

Submissions:

Articles should be setup on your own website and the website address of the article sent to editor Brian Pankuch (Pankuch@eclipse.net) for review and acceptance. A brief description of your article should be included. For assistance getting your article up on a website contact Scott Van Bramer (svanbram@science.widener.edu).

Submission dates:

Fall issue - Sept. 25; .

Authors are requested to keep their material available for at least a year after publication, longer would be preferred. An online discussion period is scheduled for each article using a managed Majordomo Discussion List. These discussions between authors and readers are available to all subscribers.
